Lauree & Phil Married

    Saturday 5th March, 2011
    Reception | Private Residence, Greenhithe
Creative Shoot | Private Residence, Greenhithe

In terms of the weather, it really was the most miserable day. Drizzly & grey…. I was a little
apprehensive, this was my first wedding on a rainy day. But!, as soon as I walked through the
doors, the house was milling with energy. Family and friends everywhere putting the finishing
touches on the marquee, themselves, food and  the house. Smiles on everyones faces and all
    positive about the day! Mint!

It has to be said, rain brings with it some special kind of stuff!! I could not resist a few snaps of
the plant life because it illustrates it so well… Beautiful light, full crisp colour and an indescribable
energy….. and on this day, dotted with RED!….

Just before Lauree stepped out to get married, I snapped this of her tattoo & dress….. and then
the ceremony began. It was the not just the joining of Lauree and Phil, but the joining of two
families. The marriage was put together so well to involve the the kids, Josh, Becky (Phil’s Kids)
    & Maddox (Lauree’s boy) Now “their kids”….

After some crazy family photo action it was time to don the gummies and head out into the
gardens for some wet weather photography.  I was most pleased my camera had it’s own wee
raincoat so I could concentrate on just taking photos and not have to worry! …..

Rain? What rain? The light was SO gorgeous and so are Lauree & Phil!

How funny! One of my umbrellas flipped inside out and Phil couldn’t resist a little inside-out
    Mary Poppins action!

I will leave you with a few images of the kids! First up is Becky, and her cousin Holly….

And this is the new family!

CONGRATULATIONS!! Lauree & Phil!… Your day was so unique, I loved it!

    Nyk xx

This was mine and Lauree’s wedding – Nyk was wicked, capturing all sorts of things that we didn’t know about and being involved – like telling me to hurry up and get dressed, delivering the rings to Josh (and taking that cool picture of the engraving that I hadn’t even seen before).
What rain? We didn’t care and Nyk ran with it as well
We would thoroughly recommend her to anyone.
